Tucked into a corner of the Epicurious Garden food mall, Picoso steers a middle course through the pricey culinary excesses of the Gourmet Ghetto. Burritos are just so-so, but the tacos are delicious, thanks to house-made tortillas made from organic corn. Topped with smoky-tasting chipotle crema, the shrimp tacos are fantastic.
